Kenrick Ward

Kenrick Ward was born and raised in Olympia, grew up immersed in its rich music culture and remains a part of the arts community. In 2010, he started the public access talk show Your Daily Hour With Me. To date, Kenny has taped an hour-long program every single day without break, totaling more than 5,200 hours of television. In 2014, YDHWM spawned "a yearly awards ceremony that recognizes the best things in Thurston County" called The Cream of The County Awards, whose certificates can be seen hanging proudly throughout Thurston County's finest establishments. In addition to this community-rooted work, Kenny is the author of the book Fish Mother and plays in the Olympia bands Hot Rush and Triviot.
